Integrate time, equipment, and personnel requirements |
Contractor Coordination |
Communicate and liaise with all suppliers and
contractors
Conduct pre-event briefings with all suppliers and contractors
Monitor contractor performance to ensure proper fulfillment
Collaborate with contractors to identify problems and
find solutions |
Action Plan Execution |
Ensure
action plan encompasses all tasks from move-in through move-out
Make certain essential utilities are
functional during move-in and move-out
Confirm and monitor all drayage and loading dock
operations
Determine and comply with labor union jurisdiction requirements |
